What is the goal of the Build Campaign?

The goal of the Build Campaign is to raise at least $600,000 to offset the tax burden on Chelsea residents and defray operating costs. One of the conditions of the provincial and federal grants to build the Meredith Centre was that the community raise at least $600,000 through fundraising. Half of that goal has already been met through a generous donation by the Caisse Desjardins de Hull and multiple individual and family contributions.
